It includes:

Part 1: Data Collection & Information Gathering - the client will receive a one-on-one interview with a business consultant who will get in-depth information on how the business is doing; the client will also upload specific information and reports for review.

Part 2: Business Analysis & Diagnostic - the business consultant will complete the analysis.

Part 3: Online Review Session & Recommendations - the results and recommendations of the business analysis will be presented to the client in a live Zoom meeting, allowing the client the time and space to really understand the true condition of the business and the ultimate remedial steps to be taken. The client will receive a written summary of what was covered in the meeting after the Zoom session.

Part 4: Follow-up Consultation - the client will receive one follow-up consulting call to review any progress made in implementing the recommendations and to answer any questions or address any difficulties.​​​​
